What equipment capacity is this price for?

This is for a 12000 BTU Mini Split unit; if the unit has a higher capacity, the price changes. We always inform you of any additional costs before starting the work.

A $50 deposit secures your installation date and time on our calendar.

Due to high demand in Tampa, we reserve a limited number of slots each week to maintain the quality of our work.

This deposit will be applied to the total cost of your installation.

A typical mini-split installation takes approximately 4 to 6 hours, depending on site conditions and the distance between the indoor and outdoor units.

Our goal is to complete the job the same day, leaving the system fully operational.

All our installations include a 1-year warranty.

In addition, the equipment is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, provided the installation is performed correctly.

This ensures your system operates efficiently and reliably.
